CHINESE HAMBURGER 
1 lb. hamburger
2 onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Chinese noodles

Brown hamburger. Add the onions, celery, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken, water, soy sauce, and uncooked rice. Mix well. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes. Spread Chinese noodles on top and bake 15 more minutes.
