4-5 lg. sweet potatoes or 5-6 med. size ones
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows

Cook the sweet potatoes. When tender and cool peel the sweet potatoes. In a baking dish mash the potatoes. Mix in the butter, pineapple, salt and pepper to taste. Top with the marshmallows and bake at 350 degrees until the marshmallows are brown.
