6 sweet potatoes or yams, cooked
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. nuts, chopped

Puree sweet potatoes, add remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Place in oven until hot through.
