CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water
1 c. rice (instant or long grain)
1 lb. ground beef, browned or white meat of chicken, cut into pieces and browned
1 c. celery, cooked (simmer)
1 c. onion, chopped (not cooked)
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. can Chinese vegetables
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)

Pour into 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Put chow mein noodles on top and return to oven for 15 minutes.
