1 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. candied pineapple
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. candied cherries, cut
1 c. coconut

Cream shortening, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
