6 oz. white chocolate, cut in chunks
1/2 c. golden raisins
Confectioners' sugar

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg and water; beat until blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt until a soft sticky dough forms. Stir in pecans, white chocolate chunks and raisins. Cover dough; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool. When cool, dust with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
