1 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. sour cream
Raisins or nuts

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients and sour cream. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Put a raisin or nut in center if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
