MRS. RYAN'S PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
24 oz. bag O'Brien potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
6 to 8 pork chops, excess fat removed
1 can Durkee French fried onions

Brown pork chops and set aside. Combine all ingredients except cheese and French fried onions, place in a shallow 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place pork chops over potato mixture.

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and French fried onions. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
