1 marble cake mix
2 lb. ricotta
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ricotta and 4 eggs. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix marble cake mix as directed. Layer ricotta mix over marble cake mix. Bake in 9x13 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

TOPPING:

1 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
1 c. milk

Mix milk and pudding. Add cream. Whip well.
