BARBECUE CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. bacon fat
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup (add a little chili sauce)
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper
Salt to taste
6 chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Place chicken breasts in glass baking dish. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake 2 hour at 300 degrees.
