CHICKEN BREASTS A LA BILL 
2 halves of chicken breasts, preferably skinned and boned

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. Mucky Duck mustard or similar
1/4 c. ground pecans

Grill on barbecue or saute in electric frying pan the two halves of chicken breasts. When cooked through, brush with mustard and nuts and let cook 5 minutes longer. Serve with side of spaghetti topped with Parmesan and your choice of vegetable.
