1 stick butter, softened
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and eggs; add sugar, mixing until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour into 2 (8") pie pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Pie will make its own crust. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
