FROSTED CHEX SNACK 
9 c. Rice or Corn Chex cereal
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

In small saucepan, over low heat melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal in large bowl. Stir until all pieces are evenly coated. Place cereal mixture and powdered sugar in a large resealable plastic bag. Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container.
