ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 (#2) cans asparagus
1 c. diced almonds
1 stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. milk

Place in buttered casserole layers of asparagus, cheese, almonds, Ritz crackers, salt and pepper, and melted butter. Three hours before cooking, pour milk over everything and let set. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
