ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can green asparagus tips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese

In greased casserole dish, put a layer of 1/2 of the asparagus, mushroom soup, 1 cup cracker crumbs, thinly sliced eggs, remaining asparagus, and grated cheese.

Make a thin white sauce as follows: 4 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. milk plus 1/2 c. water

Stir cornstarch into butter until smooth. Add liquid; simmer until slightly thickened. Add salt to taste. Pour sauce over above layers in casserole. Top with a layer of crushed crackers and grated cheese, mixed well together.
