2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. vanilla

Grease and flour cookie sheet. Roll cookies thin; add quite a bit of flour while rolling and handling dough. Cut with cookie cutters and bake about 10 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven or until light brown. Cool and put in air-tight containers.
