MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Additional powdered sugar to roll cookies in

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter, add sugar and cream again. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Mix by hand with a wooden spoon. Dough should be stiff enough to roll in palm of hand. Take pieces of dough the size of a small walnut, roll and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. While still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
