MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1/2 c. flour
1 c. reg. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sweet milk

Add: 1 c. chopped onion 1 sm. hot pepper (optional) Dash black pepper

Pour into greased casserole. Cover with grated cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
