BLACK WALNUT RUM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. black walnuts
2 tbsp. dark rum
1 partially baked pie shell

Blend sugar, butter, flour and beaten eggs thoroughly with paddle on mixer. Add the chocolate chips, walnuts and rum. Stir by hand until well blended. Put into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
