WALNUT RUM PIE 
1 prebaked pastry pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. chocolate bits
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. rum

In a bowl combine sugar, butter, flour, eggs and beat the mixture until smooth. Stir in chocolate bits, walnuts, and rum. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake the pie in a preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
