4 c. popcorn (popped in air popper) 2 c. bite-size shredded wheat squares 2 c. toasted oat cereal (like Cheerios) 3 tbsp. melted butter 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix (no oil variety) Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melt butter. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing thoroughly. Bake for 15 minutes. Contains 860 calories and 30% fat. |
