ITALIAN SEASONING MIX 
3 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tbsp. dried basil
2 tbsp. dried thyme
2 tbsp. dried marjoram
2 tbsp. dried parsley
4 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
2 tsp. salt, very optional

Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Makes 1 scant cup.

To use: Use 1-2 tablespoons for a 29 ounce can tomato sauce, 2-3 teaspoons for 1 cup vinegar and oil dressing, or 1/2-1 teaspoon for 3 ounces cream cheese.
