SPINACH PIE (GREEK) 
1 box pastry sheets (2 pieces)
2 bags fresh spinach
1 c. oil
2 to 3 fresh onions
2 cubes bouillon
Parsley, pepper
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 lb. feta cheese
2 beaten eggs

Wash and chop spinach and onion. Put together in an uncovered saucepan. Add oil and stir. Then, add the rest ingredients except feta and egg. Cook until water is evaporated. Turn off heat, add feta cheese, egg and stir.

In an greased pan, spread the first pastry sheet. Add the cooked spinach and cover with the second pastry. Score in strips, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame and bake in 400 degree oven about 30 minutes.
