LEMON DRESSING 
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Beat lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard and sugar together in small bowl. Beat in oil in a slow steady stream until mixture is thick and slightly cream. Refrigerate. Shake well just before serving.
