OVEN MEAL 
2 c. raw diced potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
2 1/4 c. raw hamburger
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. raw sliced onions - enough to cover top
Salt and pepper to taste

Place ingredients in baking dish in order given above. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
