OYSTER CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. cracker crumbs (oysterettes)
1 pt. oysters (16 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter and add crackers and brown. Layer casserole dish with crackers and 1/2 oysters. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat layer. Then mix milk and eggs and pour over casserole. Sprinkle a few crackers on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
