7 LAYER DINNER 
2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
6 potatoes, sliced
1 can pork and beans
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 slices Velveeta cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown beef and drain off excess fat. Grease pan or Pyrex dish with Crisco. Place crumbled beef in bottom of dish. Next add onion, then layer with potatoes; next layer pork and beans and then the tomato soup. Add salt and pepper over top.

Bake for 1 to 2 hours or until potatoes are cooked. Remove from oven and place sliced Velveeta cheese on top and return to oven until it melts.
