1 1/2 catfish
2 -3 drops tabasco sauce
2 eggs
1 large potato, cooked and mashed
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups finely crushed cracker crumbs

Poach and flake fish. Add remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs and shape into patties. Coat with cracker crumbs and fry.
