CATFISH CAKES 
1 lb. catfish meat
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. seafood seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well in large bowl. Shape into cakes. Fry in hot oil until lightly brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve.
