BAKED CATFISH 
4 cleaned catfish
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp. water
1 c. crushed saltine crackers
3 tbsp. melted butter

Thaw fish if frozen. Dip in egg batter. Grease baking pan with butter. Place fish in pan and drizzle butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Very good!

I was undecided what to do with my catfish and then found this recipe. I usually fry it but wanted to try it baked. It was better then I thought and has changed the way I will make catfish. So good.

It was quick and easy! Instead of saltine crackers, I tried honey maid low fat crackers so sweet and good
