FRENCH STYLE SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
Potatoes Half and half cream Salt and pepper 1. Cut potatoes as you would for French fries (amount is determined by number of people.) 2. Place a layer in baking dish. Salt and pepper. Pour over just enough cream to coat, not cover. 3. Add another layer of potatoes. Proceed as in step 2. Continue until all potatoes are used. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Take off cover for browning at end. Add more cream if needed. |
