1 stick butter
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. box Rice Chex cereal (use about 1/2 box)
Powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir until blended well. Cover cookie sheet with foil and spread cereal on top. Cover with peanut butter mixture. Stir to coat well. Put cereal into brown paper bag with about 1/2 box powdered sugar. Shake to coat. Remove to waxed paper, spread out to cool completely. Will store in air- tight container for several weeks.
