1/3 c. oil 3/4 c. flour 2 1/2 c. liquid (mixture of milk and water) Salt Pepper Stir flour in hot oil where you fried your favorite meat. Brown over medium heat. Stir in salt and pepper. Add liquids stirring until desired thickness. Can add more milk or water if desired. |
