ANGEL CAKE SUPREME 
1 cup sifted cake flour
1 1/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 1/2 cup (12) egg whites
1 cup sugar

Sift together flour and powdered sugar. Set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry, soft peaks. Turn mixer on low and add sugar & flour mixture. Add 1 cup sugar and mix well. Pour into angel food cake pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done.
