CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Boil water, salt, Crisco. Add flour all at once. Stir to a ball that pulls away from pan. Remove from heat, beat in eggs, one at a time. Drop in teaspoon on ungreased sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk

Mix together and beat as per directions on box. You can make small one and serve as finger food (good sale).
