STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. boiled rice
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 head cabbage, wilted (save juice)
salt and pepper
allspice
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream

Wilt leaves of cabbage. Mix beef, pork, boiled rice, salt, pepper, allspice and onion and form into patties. Roll patties in cabbage leaves and fasten with toothpicks. Butter skillet and put rolls in. Brown; remove and place in baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 325°F. Mix 1 tablespoon flour, cream and juice in skillet. Cook until thickened. Pour over cabbage rolls and serve.
