TURKEY AND PEA CASSEROLE (MICROWAVE) | |
1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. diced onion 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 3 c. diced, cooked turkey 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas Hot, cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tsp. mustard 1 c. grated cheese 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish melt butter for 1 minute or until melted. Add onion, cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover. Cook on reheat for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir once during cooking. Serve over hot rice. |
