TURKEY AND PEA CASSEROLE
(MICROWAVE)
 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Hot, cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. mustard
1 c. grated cheese
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento

In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish melt butter for 1 minute or until melted. Add onion, cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover. Cook on reheat for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir once during cooking. Serve over hot rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
