HEARTY TURKEY SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion, diced
4 carrots, sliced
28 oz. can tomatoes
4 c. water
1 sm. bay leaf
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. chili powder
4 drops Tabasco
1/4 tsp. dillweed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can green beans, undrained
1 can corn, undrained

Brown turkey and onions. Add carrots, celery, tomatoes, water, bay leaf and rice. Bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes. Add herbs and spices. Continue cooking 30 minutes. Add canned vegetables. Cook an additional 5 minutes until well heated.
