HAMBURGER LOAF WELLINGTON 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. onion soup
1/2 c. catsup
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices boiled ham
2 c. mozzarella cheese
Pastry for 2 crust pie
1/2 lb. sausage
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water

Combine meats, onion soup, bread crumbs, catsup, Parmesan, 2 eggs, oregano, basil and garlic powder. On foil, form meat mixture into 10 x 12 inch rectangle. Layer ham and then mozzarella on top leaving small margin around edges. Start at short end and roll up jelly roll fashion - using foil to lift. Roll out pastry and cover meat roll entirely. Prick and brush with egg and water. Place on rack in pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
