APPETIZER MEATBALLS 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
2 c. old-fashioned oats
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 - 3 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Sauce:

2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion

Combine the first 10 ingredients; shape into 1 in. balls. Place in a single layer in a baking pan. Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.

Bake at 350°FF for 1 hr.

Yield: 9 doz.
