3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Orange rind
1/2 c. milk

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Grease dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. nuts

Mix flour and butter until crumbly. Add brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle over top and press down and bake.
