1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3-4 sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Let mixture come to a boil. Add potatoes. Cook on low heat until tender.
