RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. quick oats
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
4 c. rhubarb, cut up

Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly, spread half in baking dish. Pat down. Top with rhubarb.

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
Few drops red food coloring
Dash salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook until thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb, and top with rest of crumbly mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
