RHUBARB JAM | |
3 c. rhubarb, chopped 3 c. sugar Sm. amount water 1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (strawberry or flavor of your choice) Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until tender. Remove from heat. Dissolve Jell-O; mix well. Pour into cups or jars. Freeze. |
