REUBEN SANDWICH 
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
Rye bread
Mayonnaise
Sauerkraut, drained
Swiss cheese

Spread slices of rye bread with mayonnaise. Spread corned beef over one side of bread. Place one slice of Swiss cheese over beef; spread sauerkraut over cheese. Cover with other slice of bread. Wrap in foil and place in oven (slow to warm). Serve with chips and pickles. Serves 6.
