THE REUBEN SANDWICH 
8 tbsp. Wishbone Thousand Island dressing
4 slices rye bread
3/4 lb. corned beef brisket, sliced thin
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, sliced thin
4 slices Swiss cheese

Spread 1 tablespoon Wishbone Thousand Island dressing on each bread slice. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, remaining dressing and cheese. Spread butter on bread and grill until browned and cheese has melted and heated through. Serve with sweet or dill pickles.
