CRANBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla. Add flour mixture to above, alternating with milk. Stir in cranberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 10 large muffins. It is best to use paper baking cups.
