STEAK TERIYAKI 
2-3 lbs. flank steak
1 lg. garlic clove, mashed
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. sugar

Wash and wipe steak well. Cover with garlic salt and place in shallow pan to marinate, 4-5 hours or overnight. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak to marinate. Broil 20 minutes per side.

Tips: This teriyaki sauce is great on chicken, fish, sirloin steak, shrimp and lamb. Serves 4.
