COMPANY POT ROAST 
1 beef roast
1 onion
1/2 c. celery
1 can bean sprouts
1/2 c. water
1 can water chestnuts
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. ginger
1 can beef broth

Bake all ingredients, covered, at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
