PUMPKIN PIE ICE CREAM 
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Mix together. Spread on crust in 9 x 13 inch pan.

CRUST:

1 c. butter, melted
2 c. flour
4 tsp. sugar

Press in pan and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
